Matt's work as a writer covers book writing for Musical Theatre and sketch comedy. Over the past five years he has seen his work performed both on stage as well as a number of online mediums. He continues to have a number of projects in development.
BLUFF
In 2021 he was the book writer for the brand new British musical 'Bluff', with music and lyrics by Ed Zanders. 'Bluff' was recorded and performed as a ninety minute radio musical with a West End cast and twelve piece orchestra. It is currently being developed for stage.

Worlds Apart
Matt is also writing the book for the new musical 'Worlds Apart' which was workshopped with a West End cast at the Turbine Theatre in October 2020. It has music and lyrics by Paul Schofield and is tipped to be staged in 2024. Video footage released from the workshop has already accrued well over ten thousand views and the show has developed a committed following.
CHANNEL 33 - Podcast
In 2020 Matt co-founded the podcast 'Channel 33'. A surreal sketch comedy series featuring music and poetry. It is rated as 5* on both Spotify and Apple Podcasts. There has been one series, one special and series two is on the way...
